    Paul has over 20 years of experience leading operational teams and supporting businesses through the everyday challenges of managing people.

    Throughout his career, he has worked across recruitment, employee relations, organisational change, leadership development and performance management, helping managers make confident, commercially sound decisions while never losing sight of the importance of treating people fairly.

    As a CIPD member, Paul combines practical leadership experience with current HR best practice, giving clients straightforward advice that is tailored to their business rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

    Paul believes HR should empower businesses, not overwhelm them, and that lasting relationships are built through honesty, trust and doing the right thing.

    Nicola brings more than 23 years of experience as a registered nurse, with a career spanning emergency care, community nursing and specialist health assessment services.

    Her professional background includes conducting comprehensive assessments, gathering and evaluating complex information, producing detailed evidence-based reports and supporting people through sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy and sound judgement.

    At Compass, Nicola leads the client onboarding journey, ensuring every business receives a welcoming, supportive and professional experience from the very first conversation. She believes that taking time to listen, understand each client's needs and build genuine relationships is the foundation of exceptional service.
