This package is designed for growing businesses that need more hands-on HR support while keeping flexibility and value in mind. It offers practical guidance for up to two non-complex HR cases each month, backed by direct access to advice via phone or Teams for up to two hours. Disability and occupational health advice are also included, with any external partner costs passed on at cost.

● Full phone/Teams support (up to 2 hrs/month through on-line booking system for callback).

● Disability & OH Advice included but external costs passed on from our partners.

● Annual HR Health Check after a full 12 month subscription(worth £300).

● SpeakUp service included as FOC once available.

This package is built for established businesses. It provides support for up to two non-complex HR cases each month, plus one complex case when engaged from the outset. With up to five hours of same-day phone and email support each month, you’ll have responsive, professional advice right when you need it.

● Email & Same Day Phone Support (fair usage: max 5 hrs/month).

● Strategic HR planning session at setup only with Monthly retainer.

● 6 Monthly Health Checks after a full 6 months subscription(worth up to £1,200/year).

● SpeakUp service included. When available at no further cost.

● Also available for businesses that have internal HR with stretched work loads.
